Meet Melissa Kay Allen

Transformational Guide | Spiritual Companion

I am a Seeker, an Illuminator, a Guide; mid-life mom, wife, recovering food addict, spiritual practitioner…

My journey into guidance was born from a profound gratitude for the support I received on my own path to healing. From therapists to prayer practitioners, spiritual leaders to next-gen thought leaders, recovery sponsors to compassionate friends, I found solace in the unwavering belief and love of others when I couldn’t muster it for myself. I. now give what I’ve been given; navigating life with curiosity, compassion, and a sprinkle of humor.

Through unraveling limiting beliefs and embracing truth, I guide others on transformative journeys of “becoming” – to self-love and empowerment.

Qualifications include licensing as a Spiritual Practitioner, certification as a Possibilities Coach, and accreditation as a Life Coach. Just as valuable: my life experiences, overcoming challenges, unique perspective, learned wisdom, and compassion. Always a safe place to land (and did I mention humor?)

If you’re ready to step into the fullness of life, to shed the confines of playing small, and embrace the joy of living deeply, let’s connect. Together, let’s illuminate the path to self-love, empowerment, and purpose.

Let’s Take the Heaviness Out of Change!

I help women who are stuck in the muck of limiting beliefs and old identities transform into their highest and best Selves, so they can experience Life vivaciously, joyfully, purposefully, empowered and connected. My main areas of focus* are:

Discover What’s Possible

“Melissa is like a freakin’ spiritual chiropractor putting me back into alignment…. She has such a gift for giving people permission to feel while knowing the Truth and that is her true service to the world….”

– Pam M.

“Melissa has no strangers in her life. She meets people and makes them feel safe and welcome. She truly looks for and hopes for the best in everyone. She is a gift and people would be lucky to have her help them.”

– Alaina K.

“Melissa is like a Ghostbuster — nothing is too big, too bizarre or too scary to discuss with her. She LISTENS with her heart and makes you feel like the only thing she has to do right now is to be with you!”

– Annette N.

“Melissa really puts herself in other people’s shoes. I feel the empathy. I feel the positivity. I feel her want for my well-being. This is what makes her extraordinary, with a perfect amount of nurturing, gentleness and kindness.”

– Veronica P.

“Melissa helps change the way I think about the things I say and their endless possibilities. She is loyal, truthful, and doesn’t tell me what I want to hear, just what she thinks I need to hear. And she does it out of love, with a lot of heart, and respect.

– Bethany S.

“Melissa brings different perspectives and dynamics of how to look at things with solutions-based brainstorming and helping people see (and get to) where they want to go. She is fully present when working with someone and helping them travel a very important road to their destination. “

– Janet R.
